Job Description

職務要約:
  • Business Continuity Planの企画担当.
  • BCPチームの他のスタッフと共に初台本社において,MLJのBCPに関する様々な対応を行う.

職務詳細:
  • BCP(事業継続計画)の強化案を他のBCPチームメンバーと共に検討し,実施する.
  • 以下の取組項目に関して,他のBCPチームメンバーと共に各ビジネスユニットをコーディネートする.
    • BIA(業務影響分析)
    • BUCP(ビジネスユニット毎の業務継続計画)策定• 更新,訓練• テスト
    • DR(ITシステム災害復旧計画)策定• 更新,訓練• テスト
  • 危機(災害等)発生時の危機管理本部等の事務局運営
  • リスク• アセスメント(ベンダーや各プロジェクト,リスクコントロールセルフアセスメント等)
  • 監査対応(社内監査/社外監査,IT,SOX等)

必須のスキル• 経験:
  • コミュニケーションスキル(プレゼンテーションスキル含む)
  • 柔軟な対応力と適応力
  • 語学力(日本語)

有れば尚可のスキル• 経験:
  • BCP,リスクマネジメント,コンプライアンスに関する知識や経験
  • 語学力(英語)
  • 金融業界における業務経験
  • FSAの保険会社向け総合的監督指針の理解

社外勤務についての部内ガイドライン:

社外勤務は週に1~2回程度,出社は週に3日

残業について:

残業は月10-20時間程度を想定します.

給与:

経験,能力を考慮の上,当社規定により優遇します.

通勤交通費支給(当社規定による)

変動賞与年1回(個人,会社業績に応じて支給)

勤務時間:

9:00~17:00(実働7時間.フレックス制度あり)
