The Role

• Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic CFO to join their executive team and lead our financial strategy and operations.
• As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis, managing risk, and providing insightful guidance to support our overall business growth and profitability.

Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in a senior finance role.
• Proven track record of strategic financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, management reporting, and data analysis.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in leading finance teams and driving a culture of innovation and collaboration.
