Job Description
US bulge bracket firm hiring for TMT, GIG, FSG, FIG, Consumer, Healthcare coverage sectors

Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead and assist execution of live transactions across strategic mergers and acquisitions, ECM, DCM and structured products
• Demonstrate deep market knowledge of the given area and apply knowledge by generating beneficial ideas for clients regarding their needs and goals
• Assist to manage develop and direct resources and activities across the global franchise in order to deliver the best products and services to the client
• Cross-communicate, learn and collaborate with various teams including senior bankers in the team, experts in other areas and colleagues around the globe
• Assist talent management and development of junior IB bankers

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher, MBA, STEM degree or Finance degree preferred
• Strong track record in academic / employment achievements
• Excellent communication skills proficient in English (business) and Japanese (native)
• In depth knowledge and experience of delivering investment banking products and M&A advisory services to clients
• Team-player, strong analytical and numerical skills, ability to effectively interact with and work closely with immediate team, product partners and clients
