Position Summary

Customer Success Manager will play a key role in ensuring our customers discover the full power of implementing our workflow solutions while continuously providing scalable yet adaptable guidance. We are seeking a CSM to lead a client book primarily comprising of investment banking customers.

In this role, you will work with highly motivated teams in Japan and globally, further develop your skills in data and analytics by working with clients and products and advance your career by fully applying your Customer Success Management skills with industry-leading global companies.

Role summary
  • Deliver tailored engagements that help customers to get maximum value from LSEG's solutions and build positive relationship with customers
  • Interpret and take action on usage information focusing on "at risk" customers to mitigate cancellations and identify value optimization opportunities
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies as part of the customer value plan for accounts, in conjunction with Account Managers
  • Drive feedback loop to our internal teams on customer needs to improve product features, content, and services
  • Monitor usage, health gauges, competitive landscape, and any other relevant data in order to build a retention and growth strategy

Skills & Experience
  • Understanding of Investment Banking workflow and financial market data
  • Executive engagement skills with an ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with business decision-makers
  • Ability to map a customer's business process to product capability
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creatively come up with the solution
  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal operational and account management teams
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment and rapidly- changing market
  • Business level skills of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word. Basic skill of data analysis using python is preferred
  • Business level proficiency with Japanese and English

Hybrid Working
  • 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home
  • Working hours: 9:00 - 17:00
  • Good work-life balance
  • There will be both face-to-face and remote customer engagement (visiting customers, Teams calls, etc.)
