Job Description
Investment and real estate company looking for senior ERP and DX Project Manager for their team in Tokyo

Roles/Responsibilities

• Spearhead and drive innovative business process redesign projects.
• Lead high-impact system implementation initiatives.
• Foster global collaboration and cross-border synergy with overseas offices.
• Streamline operations and data integration across the Japan office for peak efficiency.
• Ensure projects are delivered within tight deadlines, with high quality control and within budget.
• Provide stakeholders in and outside of Japan with continuous updates on project progress and potential risks.
• Champion creative problem-solving and cutting-edge tool selection.

Required skills

• 5-10 years of IT project management experience, especially in business transformation and system implementation.
• Proficient in both native-level Japanese and business-level English (TOEIC 850 or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and Anaplan, Databases, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience in core system design and requirements definition, preferably in financial or real estate sectors.

Preferred skills

• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting tools
• Experience working in the finance or real estate industry for 5+ years
