Job Description
Our client being a Tier-1 Global Food Delivery Business seeking for a Head stakeholder to manage their Digital Payment Acceptance business

Roles/Responsibilities

• Develope end of end roadmap of digital payment acceptance and integration schemes on the app/platform
• Facilitate smooth/efficient operations of all digital payments options
• Ensure the digital payment features are compliant with local law and regulations
• Understand and adapt to best practice of consumer interest and deliver to customer satisfaction on ensuring seemless and fluent payment transaction processing
• Execute a formatted process for foreseeable rollouts of digital payment features and adapations

Required skills

• At least 3-5 years working at a company offering digital payment solutions
• Strong experience of building and executing the strategy for digital payment
• solutions and new payment scheme integrations
• Solid experience in understanding the customer needs when it comes to digital payment
• solutions
• Familiarity with consumer payment ecosystem and trajectory in Japan
• Capable to work independantly and strong problem solving capabilties
