The successful candidate will be based in Tokyo, Japan and will be responsible for overseeing asset management of real estate portfolio. The candidate will report directly to the Head of Investment in the Tokyo office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee asset management of real estate portfolio
- Manage financial performance of real estate portfolio
- Develop and execute long-term asset management strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform investment decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on asset performance and market trends
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in middle management in asset management
- Experience in managing a portfolio of assets
- Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Japanese and English is required
