Strategic and Regulatory Change (SRC) is a newly established Business Unit to own the end-to-end delivery for Out client Wholesale across Technology and Operations for the strategically important, large complex initiatives, plus management of the overall Change the Bank Portfolio.
- Manage and lead the overall implementation and transformation of Out client Operations’ Client Lifecycle Management (i.e. Client on boarding and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes), utilizing a Fintech solution and achieve the target goals, including digitalization and deliver high quality work within committed timeframes
- Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills to build solid, trusting business relationships, with an ability to communicate effectively to a wide audience (e.g. Front Office- Sales, Compliance, Operations, IT etc.) while managing business stakeholders’ expectations
- Creative and innovative thinking ability, that is to think ‘outside the box’, adopting, leveraging and applying both learnt agile and waterfall project methodologies and own experiences to implement solutions that best suit the circumstances of the project
