The Role

• Primary responsibility to manage the network (WAN, LAN, Wireless and security) with regional requirements, working within the Global and Regional guidelines
• Lead the project on LAN refreshment including replacing legacy switch and access points with Cisco Meraki brands product. The scope covers all offices, stores and warehouses for the entire APAC
• Support various infrastructure related network projects under the direction of the Network Lead/Manager
• Support day-to-day business activities and tier 2/3 supports related to the Infrastructure and Network areas
• Manage change requests and change controls
• Perform regular performance analysis and monitoring to provide a capacity planning

Your Skills

• Demonstrate knowledge and skill on network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VoIP, WAE, WIFI, VPN, Access Point, L2/3 Switch) with hand-on experience
• Strong analytical and issue resolution skills
• Strong collaborative and team coordination skills
• Strong Written and verbal English and Japanese skills
• Vendor control / management experience
• Effective project management capabilities
• Innovative problem solving, design and testing skills
• Good interpersonal skills with a service orientated approach
• Must be able to work individually as well as with a team
