Program Manager - Core Insurance System Implementation

Company Profile

A global financial services company with operations in over 40 countries is looking for an experienced program manager to work from head office, supporting their global entities in the execution of high value system implementation projects.

The Role

• You will be working in a team focused on global IT governance, strategy, digitization, and technology transformation; and will be supporting C-suite executives in overseas entities to complete high-value projects.
• Due to regulations being different across regions, the core insurance systems used worldwide can differ, but are usually consist of Guidewire, Duckcreek, and Sapiens.
• This is a senior position involving constant communication with high level stakeholders, and someone with a strategic mindset would be ideal for this role.

Your Skills

• Bilingual ability in Japanese and English is required for this role.
• Knowledge and experience in the implementation of core insurance systems.
• Knowledge of any of the following: Guidewire / Duckcreek / Sapiens
• Experience of handling high-value projects and routinely dealing with C-suite executives.
