Project Manager - Data Migration

The Role

• Serve as the central hub for Project Management Office operations, strategically overseeing project management within specific project contexts through consultation and direct involvement as a Project Manager.
• Develop and implement project management standards, including knowledge and process enhancements.
• Provide management support to the Delivery Team and Project Managers
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and enhance assigned projects.
• Manage resource allocation and skill mapping.
• Accumulate project expertise, knowledge, and facilitate educational activities.
• Address organizational and system development challenges for clients.
• Assist in proposal activities in collaboration with Sales and Pre-Sales teams.
• Design optimal platforms by integrating various Microsoft services with our proprietary solutions.
• Lead the early stages of projects, including RFP development, procurement strategy, system planning, and requirements definition.
• Contribute to IT planning and drive digital transformation (DX) initiatives.
• Effectively manage communication with stakeholders at all levels (internal and external)
• Provide support and escalation assistance to development project managers.

Your Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Prior experience in consulting & experience in delivering SDLC projects.
• Prior experience in handling enterprise software solutions is a plus. (SAP, Microsoft 365, CRM)
• Background in software migration or data migration is a plus.
• Proficiency in development engineering (programming language agnostic)
• Possession of project management certifications (PMP)
• Must be native Japanese.
