The Role

• As a project manager, you will:
• Lead the development and operation of services that contribute to the FinTech business.
• Looking after both service quality and user satisfaction.
• Collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Guide product development, negotiate effectively, and facilitate seamless communication.

Your Skills

• Requirements:
• Proficient in negotiation, adept at managing conflicting interests.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Business level Japanese (N2 & up)
• Business level English
• Minimum of 3 years of upper-level involvement in system development processes.
• Preferred Qualities:
• Track record in leading teams
• Enthusiastic about exploring novel services and emerging technologies, with a penchant for innovation.
• Previous experience in project management within a development context. (SDLC)
• Familiarity with finance-related concepts.
