The Role

• You will be the primary point of contact for the client, where you will directly engage with clients to introduce, promote, and support them in acquiring the trading solutions they require. Through consistent communication, follow-up, and staying up to date with market trends, you will effectively manage these sophisticated relationships.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with valued partners and clients, understanding their unique financial aspirations and needs.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for targeted clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support the ongoing management of partner and client relationships by regularly updating their information, engaging in purposeful interactions, and promptly addressing their inquiries.
  • Proactively engage with partners and clients to foster strong relationships and identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
  • Display eagerness to acquire and apply knowledge of industry licensing, regulations, policies, and available programs/services.

Your Skills

• 3+ years of sales experience in the financial services sector, with preference given to CFD industry background.
• Consistently achieved sales targets.
• Exhibit a proactive mindset, constantly seeking ways to support and expand partner and client aspirations.
• Actively utilize the sales process to enhance conversion rates, reduce sales cycles, and improve deal win rates.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness.
• Sales Representative Qualifications from JSDA and FFAJ, along with Internal Controller Qualifications, are a plus.
• Fluent Japanese, Business level English.
