About the Role

In order to successfully expand the Direct Retail business in Japan, the direct sales team is looking to hire a Relationship Manager to serve VIP clients. The candidate will be responsible for the increasing in the Digital Client segment of the business, maintaining existing VIP clients and making cross/up sales.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The Relationship Manager is clients ambassador in Saxo's value chain across and help client navigate their trading relationship with Saxo successfully
  • Manage assigned client portfolio based on factors such as retention, growth, upgrade, reactivation
  • Participate in client events and organize clients educational seminars/webinars
  • Assisting with communicating to clients about new product releases and/or changes to their account, e.g. margin increase, system changes etc.
  • Add value to client through markets engagement, help implementing trading and risk strategies
  • Educate new clients and ensure they are able to trade independently on the various platforms
  • Conduct regular account reviews with client and key stakeholders
  • Carrying out any further tasks for which the qualifications and experience of a Relationship Manager are suited as directed by Saxo

Requirements:
  • Able to speak fluently and write in both English and Japanese
  • Enjoy to learn and values to give and receive feedback
  • Strong understanding of Saxo's products and trading and investment services
  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in finance
  • JSDA exams 1 and 2
  • Customer-service oriented and able to multi task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • Work independently and manage task and time based on the given KPI's
  • Good team player
