• Data Analytics Team of an international company is hiring for 2 senior data analysts.

The Role

• Data Analyst executes the process of defining, gathering, analyzing, and distributing accurate, relevant, timely and actionable information about consumer, brands, trade channels, competitors, and business environment to ensure sound business and commercial decisions are made to achieve the company's objectives.
• On top of that, contributes to the team to drive common understanding of current commercial performance, analyze, and communicate key drivers of business and provide recommendations that enable better decision-making for the business.

Your Skills

• Advanced understanding of commercial/market-based analytics.
• Advanced understanding of using Excel to process data and cleansing for analysis. Include Power Query, VLOOKUP, and pivot table.
• Advanced in translate hard data and finding to non-technical audience with actionable insights, and support decision making.
• Advanced in understanding the business questions and translating into data requirements. Define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Strategic thinking, networking, influencing & communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to continuous effort to provide the high quality of service to clients.
• Passionate in keeping pace with analytics industry, including new technologies, new methodologies.
• Fluency in Japanese (must) and English (business level)
