Following its public listing in Taiwan, the company is accelerating its expansion in Japan, where its services are already used by major Japanese corporations and health insurance societies.



The Role

• Take ownership of the finance and accounting operations for the Japan business, reporting directly to the Japan General Manager and working closely with the Finance team at Taiwan HQ.
• Manage general accounting activities, including monthly and annual closing, financial statement preparation, and fixed asset accounting.
• Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with Japanese regulations while establishing and improving internal finance workflows.
• Handle tax-related responsibilities, including consumption tax and corporate income tax.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the Taiwan-listed parent company and support cross-border consolidation and management reporting.
• Partner with the Japan GM, Taiwan Finance team, and other departments on finance, administrative, and ad-hoc projects.

Your Skills

• 5+ years of finance or accounting experience, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
• Professional-level communication skills in either English or Chinese are required.
• Experience working in a multinational company or startup environment is beneficial.
• Experience using Freee ERP is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work proactively and independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing and evolving business environment.
