Roles/Responsibilities

  • Act as communication bridge between IT and business functions to delivery technical services
  • Be responsible for project delivery and execution
  • Communicate in Japanese with local regulators, external stakeholders, and vendors
  • Apply your broad technical knowledge across application and infrastructure
  • Assist in application localization

Required skills

  • 8+ years of technical project management/business analysis experience
  • Strong experience in financial services and banking industry
  • Technical expertise, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Preferred skills

  • Project management certifications are an asset (i.e. PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
  • Hands-on application development/programming experience is an advantage

  • Excellent bilingual communicator
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
