Fondée en 1856, la Banqe Internationale à Lxemborg (BIL) est la pls ancienne banqe niverselle d Grand-Dché. Depis sa création, elle joe n rôle actif dans les principales phases d développement de l'économie lxemborgeoise. Elle exerce ajord'hi les métiers de banqe de détail, banqe privée et banqe des entreprises et participe ax marchés de capitax. Avec pls de . collaboraters, la Banqe est présente a Lxemborg, en Sisse et en Chine.

Acter majer de la place financière lxemborgeoise et signataire des « Principles for Responsible Banking » de l'NEP FI (nited Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative), la BIL s'engage por la constrction d'ne économie drable.




Yor next challenge:

Provide high-level administrative, operational and commercial assistance to the RMs in client management.

Day-to-day management and control of all the clients' qeries, in collaboration with RMs (accont openings, placements and investments, client visits, transfers, etc.).

Proactive follow-p of acconts stats.

Proactively identify client needs and share the information with RMs.

Ensre the practical application of all the procedres, KYC srveillance permanent docmentation of client activity and of the overall interaction with the client and monitoring of important transactions.

Yor skills:

Experience in handling with clients both on the phone and per emails, in ptting the clients first and provide a personal service

Experience in the banking environment, in an administrative role

Good knowledge of relevant internal processes and compliance obligations

Flent in French and English

Well-organized, flexible and disciplined, able to handle mltiple tasks and client reqests in a strctred way

Strongly client- and reslts-oriented and motivated to be part of a team.
