MISSIONS

The Referentials Officer is responsible for maintaining and updating client, product and contract databases related to Fund Channel's fund distribution activity.

• Collection, centralization and configuration in the core system of all data relating to Fund promoters products as well as information relating to Fund Channel Clients.
• Ensure the processing and follow-up of operational requests from various internal and external partners (asset managers, distributors).
• Perform data quality checks, ensure compliance of data, and update/maintain operational procedures.
• Contribute to the automation and optimization of processes (identifying improvement opportunities, testing RPA/AI tools, documenting workflows)

Formation / Spécialisation

PROFILE

• Education background in commerce, economics or finance preferably
• Experience in a banking back-office business is an asset
• Languages: French and English operational
• General knowledge in the field of funds
• Strong interest in automation (Python scripting) and AI/RPA tools to streamline operational tasks is a major plus.
