TheHead of Vendor Management and Otsorcing is responsible for defining andexecting the Bank's vendor strategy framework and leading end-to-endcommercial, contractal, and reglatory vendor management activities. The roleacts as the Finance-led control tower across the vendor lifecycle, ensringfinancial discipline, contractal control, and reglatory compliance whileoptimizing vendor vale and spporting otsorcing decisions.

Yor next challenge:

Define and maintain vendor segmentation (strategic / critical / commodity) and steer the vendor portfolio.

Act as the Otsorcing Activity Manager and represent the Bank towards the Reglator on otsorcing.

Spport otsorcing and make-or-by decisions and monitor vendor concentration and exposre.

Own bdgeting, forecasting, cost control, benchmarking and vale realization for vendor spend.

Establish and maintain comprehensive reportings, leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights.

Lead contract negotiation, lifecycle management, renewal and commercial governance.

Act as primary commercial face to vendor and manage relationships with strategic vendors and grop entities.

Ensre compliance with DORA, EBA and CSSF reqirements and maintain otsorcing register.

Establish end-to-end vendor lifecycle governance and coordinate with CIO, Procrement, Legal and Risk.

Lead change management initiatives related to vendor and otsorcing processes, and edcate internal stakeholders on best practices, reglatory reqirements, and risk awareness.

Foster a cltre of continos learning, provide mentoring and coaching to team members, and promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

Maintain strong first-line operational risk controls by overseeing vendor, facility and infrastrctre processes, ensring compliance with internal policies and escalating operational or safety risks.

Yor skills:

Master's degree in Bsiness, Finance or Engineering.

Minimm 1 years of relevant experience in vendor management, procrement or otsorcing in reglated environment.

Knowledge of DORA, EBA Otsorcing Gidelines and CSSF frameworks.

Strong negotiation and financial management capabilities.

Strong nderstanding of IT vendor management, inclding vendor selection, contract management, performance monitoring, and relationship management.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to bild, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.

Strong stakeholder management and inflencing skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with a data-driven approach to strategy development.

Demonstrated track record of leading strategic initiatives, bsiness transformation programs, and organizational change at a senior level.

Langages: English and French are reqired. Proficiency in any additional langage wold be considered as an asset.
