On behalf of our client, we are looking for a German-speaking Accounting & ERP Implementation Consultant to join a Luxembourg-based consultancy specialising in the construction industry.
This is an opportunity to build on your accounting experience and develop your skills in ERP implementation, client advisory and project management within a collaborative, entrepreneurial team.
You will help clients translate their accounting needs into practical ERP solutions, supporting the implementation and digitalisation of their financial processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing clients’ financial accounting processes, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Implementing and configuring accounting processes within an ERP system.
- Guiding clients through the transition to new tools and ways of working.
- Preparing and delivering client training sessions, workshops and software demonstrations.
- Managing implementation projects, including quality assurance and budget monitoring.
- Building strong client relationships through clear communication and practical advice.
The position is primarily office-based in Luxembourg, with travel to client sites for implementation phases and selected workshops. Clients operate mainly in the construction industry, with approximately 80% based in Germany.

Profil recherché- A degree in accounting, business administration or a related field, with a focus on financial accounting.
- Hands-on experience in financial accounting and a solid understanding of day-to-day accounting processes.
- Strong Excel skills and a genuine interest in ERP systems, accounting software and digitalisation.
- Strong spoken and written German, enabling you to advise clients and deliver training confidently.
- An analytical mindset, attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- A willingness to learn, take ownership and work collaboratively.
- Previous involvement in an ERP implementation would be an advantage, but is not essential.
