Job Description



The Senior Fund Accountant is responsible for the oversight and delivery of fund accounting services for a portfolio of
closed
-ended Private Equity structures domiciled in Luxembourg. The role focuses on technical fund accounting, NAV oversight, review of complex transactions and financial statements, and close interaction with clients, auditors, and internal teams.

• Private Equity Expertise: Proven experience in accounting for Private Equity funds, including understanding of fund structures and related transactions.


• Transfer Agency Knowledge: Strong understanding of Transfer Agency processes, particularly Capital Calls and Distributions, with hands-on experience in end-to-end workflows.


• Financial Reporting Skills: Demonstrated ability to prepare and review Financial Statements (Lux GAAP and/or IFRS) and NAV Packs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.


• Technical Accounting Proficiency: Solid grasp of journal entry booking, fair value adjustments, and investment accounting principles.


• Attention to Detail & Multitasking: Ability to manage and review multiple deliverables under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications




About you:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• You bring 4-6 years of fund accounting experience in private equity environments.


• You demonstrate strong technical accounting knowledge with expertise in NAV calculations and complex fund structures


• You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for interacting with clients, auditors, and internal teams.


• You have proven ability to identify risks, implement controls, and deliver comprehensive financial oversight
