Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers via phone, email, or other approved channels to request missing KYC documents and information.
• Clearly communicate the importance of KYC compliance and provide guidance on required documents and submission processes.
• Track and follow up on outstanding KYC requests to ensure timely completion.
• Accurately update customer records in the system upon receipt of documents and verify completeness and authenticity.
• Ensure all interactions and processes comply with regulatory standards, internal policies, and data privacy requirements.
• Address customer queries or concerns related to KYC requirements and escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
• Maintain logs of outreach activities and provide regular status updates to management.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally. prior experience in customer service is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of KYC, AML/ CFT, and regulatory compliance
