KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1) Review, monitor and process new agent application

• Timely processing of new agent applications

• Timely register agent in MTA OTARS

• Perform candidate background checking

• Ensure all documents available in Casepedia

• Ensure timely agent agreement contract stamping and agreement distribution to agent.

2) Affiliate agents' management

• Update affiliate details in system

• Process affiliates termination request

3) Manage enquiries from Agent Registration group email

• To reply to enquiries within 5 WD

4) Timely reporting for Sales team and Management

5) Maintain an up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

• Regularly update SOP as an when there are changes in the

current process

6) Perform ad hoc responsibilities/duties assigned by Supervisor

7) Keep tracking record for regulatory reporting purpose:

• Annual/Half yearly/Quarterly/Monthly reporting

• Other internal reporting

• Sending reminder to agents as and when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
• Fresh graduate or those below 2 years working experience are encouraged to apply.
