Senior Associate Litigation & Regulatory - Amsterdam

Our Amsterdam office is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Senior Associate in Litigation & Regulatory who is keen to develop further within a truly international environment. With a team of around 40 professionals and 8 partners, we continue to build and strengthen our Amsterdam practice. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Associate to join our team.

Since opening in Amsterdam five years ago, our office has grown steadily, both in scale and in the range of services we offer. Today, we are a full-service practice covering Employment & Incentives, Corporate, Technology & Digital Markets, Intellectual Property, Litigation & Regulatory, and Finance & Projects.

The Litigation & Regulatory Practice

The Litigation & Regulatory (L&R) practice at Pinsent Masons focuses primarily on:

international corporate litigation (such as joint venture disputes and post M&A disputes)

commercial litigation, including international construction and infrastructure projects involving EPC-related disputes

work related to restructuring and ESG

The practice is currently led by one partner who collaborates with international teams of varying composition. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a new Senior Associate who is enthusiastic about helping further develop the L&R practice in Amsterdam.

Who we are looking for

You are an ambitious Senior Associate with 5 to 10 years of experience in a litigation practice

You are a Dutch qualified lawyer with strong knowledge of Dutch law

You have excellent command of both Dutch and English

You have strong analytical skills, persuasive ability and outstanding writing skills

You have solid legal expertise and a commercial mindset, and you are motivated to help further grow the practice in close collaboration with the L&R partner

You enjoy contributing ideas on how to structure and improve workflows and support the ongoing professionalisation of our practice
