As a Partner, you will play a key role in the expansion of the company's strategy and expanding the portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a diverse and experienced team operating in an increasingly attractive and exciting market. What the job involves

• Shape the fund's growth strategy together with the General Partners
• Define investment strategy, including priority sectors, themes, and geographies
• Drive growth investments end-to-end, from sourcing through diligence, IC, execution, and closing
• Support portfolio companies on strategy, governance, and critical inflection points

Who we are looking for

• Proven technology focused investment track record at growth stage and across Europe
• Background in management consulting and/or bulge-bracket investment banking, followed by experience in growth equity or late-stage venture at a leading platform
• Clear founder credibility and the ability to win competitive processes
• High-ownership mindset; comfortable operating with responsibility, ambiguity, and high expectations
