UX Designer - FEC applications
Job Description
All employees expect the same thing they experience as consumers: well-designed digital experiences. As designer of our FEC (Financial Economic Crime) applications, you help Rabobank analysts to research integrity risks of our customers and potential parties. We are looking for a senior UX Designer to help us design the best possible digital user experience for our FEC analysts. You try to understand their way of working by doing research, explore different design solutions, and finally create an ultimate user experience. Are you the designer who brings our FEC applications to the next level?
You and your job

We are looking for someone that is both a strategic thinker and a creator of pixel-perfect designs. You keep up to speed with the developments and challenges within the financial sector and like to investigate new technologies. You explore and develop innovative ideas that give direction to our products and services. Throughout this process, the business as well as users play a central role and you continuously validate your work by looking through their eyes. You work together with strategists, product owners, developers and marketeers and use mock-ups, prototypes and playbooks to visualize and validate your ideas and help the developers to implement your designs the way they are intended.
You work closely with designers and design leads in our Enterprise experience team and with stakeholders in the Financial Economic Crime department, navigating a complex stakeholder and IT landscape. You align research questions with hypotheses, business priorities, and quantifiable goals.
