For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.

Working with our C2S team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Responsibilities

Business Partner Network Officer supports the development and management of Citco's global Business Partner Network by conducting market research, due diligence, risk assessments, contract coordination, and documentation. The role also provides commercial and pricing support, works closely with internal stakeholders, and helps ensure accurate, timely information is maintained and shared.

• Work with various Citco support teams for administrative and commercial matters related to Business Partners (BP).
• Conduct market research of potential BPs, gather relevant information on the jurisdiction's government, economy, legal system and such other data that will be used as basis for sound selection of BPs.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the global network of BPs.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments necessary to engage BPs in accordance with established procedures.
• Facilitate the drafting and signing of Service Agreements to establish cooperation with BPs.
• Ensure proper documentation of all BP transactions (i.e. documentation of important emails, screening results, approvals, signed agreements and other important information in the team's shared folder and updating of relevant databases)
• Provide Citco stakeholders with accurate and timely information relating to BPs.
• Provide pricing assistance for C2S proposals to prospective clients, in collaboration with the Proposal Team.
• Work with other team members to perform ad-hoc tasks as deemed required by the business.

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree in law (preferred) / International Studies / Business Management; if academic background is outside of these areas listed, work experience in a function related to the scope of work will also be considered.
• Experience in coordinating with different groups of stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
• Effective communicator (written and verbal) when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and expand responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and organizational goals.
• Capable of performing tasks within a team setting with minimal supervision.
