Our Finance Strategy & Operations team helps CFOs redesign their finance functions to become more strategic, efficient, technology-enabled, and data-driven.
Our work covers four interconnected dimensions:
• Processes: redesigning end-to-end finance processes and improving finance performance.
• Organization: defining Finance Target Operating Models, governance, roles, capabilities, and ways of working.
