Business Transformation Consultant / Senior Consultant

About the Role

Business Transformation Office, supporting and delivering business transformation and AI-enabled initiatives across the organization.

You will take ownership of assigned transformation workstreams from discovery and current-state assessment through solution design, testing, implementation and benefits tracking. The role combines strong business analysis and process transformation capabilities with hands-on project delivery, working closely with business, technology, AI, PMO and change management teams.

You will help identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes, leverage AI and automation, and design practical future-state solutions that improve efficiency, user experience and business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Own and deliver assigned transformation and AI initiatives, ensuring agreed milestones, actions and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Conduct current-state assessments and process discovery, identifying pain points, inefficiencies and opportunities for simplification, standardization, AI and automation.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements, understand business challenges and define transformation opportunities.
  • Develop current- and future-state process maps, business requirements, SOPs, RACIs and target operating models.
  • Support the design and evaluation of transformation solutions, including AI, automation, technology and operating model changes.
  • Prepare and support business cases, cost-benefit analysis and benefits tracking to demonstrate the value and impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, issue resolution and implementation activities across business and technology teams.
  • Develop project reporting, dashboards, KPIs and clear executive-level updates on progress, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively across business, PMO, AI, technology and change teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
  • Support user training, knowledge transfer and change adoption activities.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies and delivery challenges, escalating and driving resolution where required.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to the continuous development of transformation methodologies and best practices.

What You'll Need

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in business transformation, consulting, business analysis, process improvement, project delivery or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions.
  • Experience in process discovery, process mapping, business requirements and future-state process design.
  • Experience supporting or delivering transformation projects from initial analysis through implementation.
  • Good understanding of AI, automation and digital transformation, with an interest in applying emerging technologies to business processes.
  • Experience developing business cases, benefits analysis or cost-benefit assessments would be an advantage.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions, cultures and geographical locations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI, process mapping tools and GenAI tools is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or other transformation/project management methodologies would be an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
