The opportunity

We are looking for a Business Delivery Manager to join our Risk Technology Team. Joining our organization as a Business Delivery Manager means becoming a key contributor to how we deliver value to our clients and scale our delivery capabilities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic and high-impact projects and work closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Plan, lead and oversee project/service delivery activities and release
• Coordinate a team and ensure smooth collaboration
• Monitor delivery progress, KPIs, risks, and dependencies
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication
• Support resource planning and capacity management
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery governance
• Drive process optimization and operational excellence
• Prepare delivery reports and status updates for management

Who are we looking for

People who have a professional approach, being constructive and finding solutions in the best interest of the business. You are a quick learner and self-starting, showing drive and initiatives supporting business goals. A great teammate who supports their team and puts the business objectives first. You also have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or another related field
• Proven experience in delivery management, project management, or program management
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills to effectively process and structure large amounts of information.
• Experience managing end-to-end software/product delivery lifecycle
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with delivery planning, estimation, and risk management
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into delivery plans
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
