Software Asset Analyst
As Software Asset Analyst you will be accountable for establishing, socializing, and executing software rationalization capability across the Aon enterprise.

What the day will look like
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing a software rationalization model/approach
- Socializing the model/approach with key stakeholders and gaining buy-in
- Analyzing software install, software purchase, software category, and Aon (home grown) business application dependencies to identify rationalization opportunities that will lead to cost savings
- Prioritize execution based on timing, size of savings opportunity, risk, and level of effort to achieve savings
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Minimum 5+ years in Asset Management including Software Asset Management
- Experience leading projects and consistently driving positive measurable outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field preferred
- Minimum 5+ Years ServiceNow experience
- Minimum 3+ Years ServiceNow SAM Pro experience
- High level of self- motivation and proactivity.
- Works effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
