Your role
Are you interested in real estate asset management? Are you an expert in quality management and do you have strong analytical skills? Would you like to use your skill set and knowledge to support our local product teams in Switzerland, responsible for managing the real estate investment products in the DACH region?
We're looking for a quality management specialist to support the real estate investment teams in their daily tasks such as:
• maintenance, modification, and quality assurance of master data, including ongoing validation of monthly data imports provided by external property management companies
• performance of data analyses and KPI monitoring to ensure data accuracy
• preparation, review, and coordination of regular and ad-hoc reports for real estate asset managers in Switzerland
• initiation, coordination and monitoring of operational processes for the Asset Management department
• administration and support of external marketing mandates
• further development and maintenance of the central, CRM-based tenant and concept database, including AI-supported data validation and automated quality checks
• coordination of tenant credit checks and operator risk monitoring, including preliminary analyses to identify patterns and potential early risk indicators
• execution and coordination of Know-Your-Clients (KYC) and third-party checks in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• support of audit-relevant quality controls, ensuring compliance with documentation, retention, and archiving guidelines
• active participation in real estate asset management projects and collaboration with external partner
Your team
You will work in the Asset Management Competence Center of Real Estate DACH - Germany, Austria, Switzerland in Wroclaw. As a Real Estate Quality Management Specialist you will play an important role in supporting real estate asset management team and the product investment teams in Switzerland.
Your expertise
• ideally 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role with a background in real estate
• bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, finance, economics or related field / or similar education
• excellent command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• strong communicator, with a collaborative personality and the ability to complete tasks independently
• proactive and solution-oriented, with good teamworking skills
• fluent in German and English in order to service our local client base
