About the Job

To provide independent and objective assurance over IT governance, risk, and controls across the Group by leading high-quality IT audits that strengthen risk management practices and support the organisation’s overall control environment and business objectives.

1. Lead and execute IT audit engagements (planning, scoping, fieldwork, reporting) to ensure timely and high-quality audit outcomes.
2. Contribute to the development and refinement of the annual IT audit plan, incorporating emerging risks, regulatory expectations, and business priorities.
3. Ensure audit coverage addresses relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal risk concerns.
4. Identify control gaps and provide practical, value-added recommendations to enhance control design and effectiveness.
5. Support integrated and thematic audits by providing IT expertise and assessing technology controls underpinning business processes.
6. Conduct ad-hoc reviews, investigations, and continuous monitoring to address emerging technology risks and management requests.
7. Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence adoption of sound risk management and control practices.
8. Monitor and validate timely remediation of audit findings while ensuring compliance with internal audit standards and quality requirements.

We are looking for people who

1. Have 8–10 years of relevant IT audit experience, including exposure to infrastructure, application, and cybersecurity audits.
2. Hold a Degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or CCSP.
3. Bring prior experience in the insurance or banking sector, with familiarity in technology risk management regulations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia considered an advantage.
4. Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality audit coverage.
5. Possess leadership qualities with the ability to lead, guide, and motivate a team of auditors.
6. Exhibit strong report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
7. Work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, displaying collaboration, professionalism, and a team‑oriented mindset.
8. Are highly independent, with strong time management skills and the ability to deliver responsibilities with minimal supervision from the IT Audit Section Head.
9. Are willing to travel overseas when required and deemed safe, with an estimated travel commitment of up to 10%.
