The Business Manager - Sales Strategy and Management Support shall report to our Team Head, Sales Strategy and Management. You will be responsible for providing business management coverage to the market in the areas of business management, sales/business strategy and execution, project management, growth and change initiatives as well as day-to-day administration of the business.

The Business Manager - Sales Strategy and Management Support shall report to our Team Head, Sales Strategy and Management. You will be responsible for providing business management coverage to the market in the areas of business management, sales/business strategy and execution, project management, growth and change initiatives as well as day-to-day administration of the business.
Management Support
- Support the Front Office Head in their Business Strategies/Priorities, Business Growth and Sales Activities.
- Enable effective communication within the Markets by driving management rhythm and governance forums (eg. Leadership Meetings, Team Huddles, market management meetings etc.)
- Secretariat for management meetings and governance forums (agenda, minutes, action items).
- Be the trusted partner and advisor to the Front Office on performance and sales management topics.
- Support sales & client management initiatives for the respective markets (ie. concept development, implementation, change management).
- Partner Front Office Heads across various business planning topics such as target segments analysis, sales efficiency analysis, Net New Money pipelines management, business reviews and budget planning.
- Provide management reporting capability and dashboarding to Front Office Heads.
- Provide coordination and secretariat support for Weekly Onboarding Clearing Forum (supporting rotating Front Office in reviewing and clearing onboarding cases before submission to Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management or Compliance)
- Act as single point of contact for Front Office for queries relating to onboarding submission, prioritization, or the MI tool
- Support Front Office Head on client and people engagement topics such as EES, client surveys
- Business performance management through monitoring & tracking of sales and KPI parameters, market financials and trend analysis to support forward looking performance analysis and sales planning.
- Partner Front Office Head in defining and implementing market focused sales/segment initiatives in line with market ambitions and the Bank's direction.
- Support Front Office Heads in KPI and budget simulations.
- Support business financial related tasks, inclusive but not limited to, internal referral agreements and internal pricing matrix.
- Key liaison representing Front Office between various Bank's internal teams (products and advisory, Business Insights & Strategy Management, Finance, etc.) on sales strategy activities.
- Support Front Office Heads in defining marketing event focus and nomination criteria through data analytics.
- Monitor client referrals and cross function collaborations.
- SME representative for Sales Strategy & Management and Client Management Framework topics, on various projects or business process enhancements to ensure Business views are incorporated, and enable effective change management during implementation
- Representing Front Office in the working groups, where applicable, providing constructive feedback to improve the current sales processes and advising these guidelines, policies & procedures to Front Office and sharing best practices.
- Foster and promote a culture of excellence and best practices sharing and adoption across bank.
- Drive/lead/support/execute improvement of Front Office or related processes/topics for the Bank for better effectiveness, efficiency and efficacy.
- Collaborate globally across the bank, stakeholders, and functions to include tracking of issues and /actions and escalate to management as when appropriate, to achieve optimal outcome for the business, and attain a collaborative culture across the bank.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts to support business reporting and analytics requirements.
- Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, and quality checks to support reliable decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business users and management.
- Create data models, measures, and calculated columns using Data Analysis Expression (DAX) to support advanced reporting requirements.
- Exposure to Private Banking is mandatory, with minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Solid demonstrable experience in working directly with Senior Management in a business management capacity within the Front Office
- Driven self-starter who is delivery focused and possess strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
- Ability to organize people and processes, and ability to lead groups toward a single goal.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to various demands in a diverse culture.
- Familiar with relevant rules and regulations, those relating to local private banking business.
- Bachelor's degree. Possession of related industry qualifications is advantageous.
- Experienced in developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, aggregations, subqueries, CTEs, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of Power BI features, including DAX, Power Query, dataflows, and workspace management.
