1. Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate banking clients, focusing on Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) acquisition and balances.
2. Identify new business opportunities through client referrals, networking and proactive business development.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive deposit growth and deepen banking relationships.
4. Cross-sell relevant corporate banking products and services, including cash management, payments and trade finance.
5. Monitor client activities, deposit flows and account utilisation to identify opportunities for growth.
6. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth account opening, onboarding and service delivery.
7. Ensure compliance with the bank’s KYC, AML and internal policies.

1. Degree or equivalent qualification in Banking, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
2. Relevant experience in corporate banking relationship management, CASA acquisition or deposit mobilisation.
3. Strong track record in business development and growing corporate deposit balances.
4. Established network of corporate clients and good market contacts.
5. Good understanding of corporate banking products, account opening and KYC requirements.
6. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
7. Self-motivated, commercially driven and able to meet business targets.
