We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Marketing Specialist who to develop engaging and impactful content across multiple communication channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing content for social media, website, digital marketing campaigns, and internal communications while ensuring alignment with the organisation's brand voice and communication objectives.

Content creation & management

• Create compelling and high-quality content in both English and Chinese for:

o Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat etc.)

o Corporate website and landing pages

o Marketing collateral and promotional materials

o Internal communications and employee engagement initiatives

• Produce channel-specific content formats including articles, social posts, videos, infographics, interviews, and thought leadership pieces.

• Adapt and localise content between English and Chinese while maintaining consistency in messaging and tone.

Website Content

• Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimisation.

• Work closely with stakeholders to develop content that supports business, marketing, and customer engagement objectives.

• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements where applicable.

Internal communications

• Create communication materials to support employee engagement and organisational initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure clear and effective communication.

Stakeholder management

• Partner with business units, marketing teams, and subject matter experts to identify storytelling opportunities.

• Coordinate with designers, videographers, agencies, and external vendors where required.

• Ensure all content undergoes appropriate review and approval processes.

Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, Business, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, communications, or a related role.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating content creation across multiple channels.
• Experience managing corporate social media platforms and website content.
• Experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, or corporate communications is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends, and content marketing best practices.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and website content management systems (CMS).
• Experience with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms is preferred.

• Strong storytelling and creative writing abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and editorial judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
