Our client, an international multi-asset exchange, is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support a 6-month contract role with a potential for extension. Requirements

• Proven years of experience as an HR Consultant specializing in restructuring and employee relations within the financial services or technology sector
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM compliance requirements
• Proven ability to provide discreet, empathetic, and commercially minded employee relations support
• Demonstrated capability to manage consultation processes, documentation, and timelines independently
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and support line managers effectively
• Trusted track record in handling confidential employee matters with professionalism and discretion
