About the Job

This role will primarily be responsible for:

• Monitoring, reviewing, and governing the end-to-end KYC lifecycle for private wealth clients in full compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

• Assessing client risk ratings and strengthening risk mitigation procedures using insights gathered from transaction monitoring and continuous due diligence.

• Communicating with relationship managers, compliance experts, and leadership to streamline onboarding workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.

• Spotting workflow optimization and automation possibilities to boost operational throughput across the overall KYC infrastructure.

• Managing the updates and integrity of customer static records upon access clearance for the local branch.

• Assisting with special projects and supplementary duties as directed by executive leadership.

Skills and Requirements

• Background in executing and overseeing KYC processes, customer due diligence, and regulatory compliance within private banking.

• Hands-on experience performing initial document verification, profile checks, and timeliness assessments (Level 1 reviews).

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate risk profiles, monitor transactions, and design effective risk mitigation tactics.

• Proven experience coordinating with relationship managers, compliance departments, and senior leadership.

• Capability to handle static data administration and maintenance tasks.

• Mindset focused on workflow optimization, with an interest in operational automation and project execution.
