• A leading investment management firm. Due to business expansion, they are looking to hire an experienced Middle Office OTC professional to support complex derivatives operations.

Your new role

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of OTC derivative trades, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, reconciliations, and collateral management.
• Monitor and resolve trade breaks, settlement discrepancies, cash exceptions, and lifecycle events across OTC products.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of trades, cash, positions, and margin activities while ensuring data integrity and operational controls.
• Support reporting, regulatory requirements, audits, process improvement initiatives, and operational projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• 7-8 years of experience within Middle Office or Operations, with strong exposure to OTC derivatives.
• Solid understanding of trade processing, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and collateral management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with VBA, automation tools, or AI applications will be advantageous.
