As part of their digital/business transformation agenda, they are looking to hire a capable Product Owner to drive various transformational projects revolving the CRM & KYC area to enhance the overall Cx and internal processes.
Scope:
- You will manage a team of competent business analysts & developers and lead the entire project deliverables for the bank's onboarding & CRM platforms.
- Provide timeline, budget estimates and prepare business cases
- Manage & prioritise sprint teams on backlog and progress of deliverables
- Ensure projects & proposals meet regulatory requirements
Skills & Experience
- 7 years of relevant experience within Private Banking
- Experience with projects on KYC, onboarding & CRM domains
- Experience with Agile/Scrum framework

- Salary $130k to $180k base + bonus
