Responsibilities would include:
- Lead the development and execution of corporate strategy, driving enterprise-wide strategic planning and long-term business growth initiatives
- Partner with senior leadership to shape future direction of the business
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis and business assessments to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making
- Evaluate investments, partnerships and expansion opportunities through business case development, financial analysis and due diligence.
- Monitor strategic initiatives, establish performance KPIs, identify challenges/ risks, and provide governance and progress updates to senior leadership
- Collaborate closely with country leadership teams, business unit heads, and functional leaders across the region
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 6-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, business planning, investment evaluation, or related strategic roles
- Experience from leading strategy consulting firms such as is highly preferred, especially with sector experience above
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated experience working directly with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Willingness to travel across operating markets when required
