Your new role
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will drive end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across both technical and corporate functions. You will lead workforce planning initiatives aligned to business growth, while personally handling critical and senior hires. This position is a leadership role.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably within the IT or technology sector
Strong track record in stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership
Experience leading and developing recruitment teams with measurable success in delivery
Deep understanding of the Singapore talent market, including compensation trends and talent availability
Hands-on capability to manage senior, niche, or business-critical hires
Familiarity with ATS systems, recruitment analytics, and data-driven hiring approaches
