Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive delivery of UOB projects.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market segments, and product development initiatives.
• Manage and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments, clients, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growth and expertise.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert in relevant areas, providing guidance and insights to the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a delivery role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing significant projects and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving environment.
• Strong leadership qualities with a commitment to team development and mentorship.
