Your role

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program.



You'll get to:

• collaborate across borders and functions, with the goal of advising GWM Marketing on marketing initiatives anticipating risks in processes and projects

• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients

• develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business

• attend marketing risk exchange that provide risk updates to GWM Marketing regional heads

• drive impact oriented change, contributing to ad hoc projects that enhance automated risk solutions through Power Automate implementation




Your team



You'll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Zurich and part of a highly engaged team collaborating seamlessly with colleagues across the regions. GWM Marketing's mission is to bring the very best of UBS to clients globally, elevating brand value and powering engagement through best in class, highly governed marketing. You will help ensure that creativity and innovation thrive within a robust, forward looking risk culture.




Your expertise



We're looking for a candidate who:

• has completed their bachelor's or master's degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date

• has excellent English (written and oral), additional languages advantageous

• is a self starter with a can do mindset, comfortable working independently and owning outcomes

• thinks beyond the obvious and is excited to build, innovate, challenge, and elevate how marketing risk is managed.

• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative

• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills

• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency



Start Date: 1 February 2027
