About FAAS / Finance Optimization

Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice in Switzerland is growing strongly. To support this expansion, our Finance Optimization team is seeking a Manager to join us in Basel, Zurich or Geneva.

Role Overview

As a Manager, you will lead client engagements and multidisciplinary teams across digital finance transformation programmes. You will take ownership of workstreams, manage stakeholders and ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital finance transformation engagements including ERP/EPM programmes, automation use cases, and finance data & analytics workstreams.
• Analyze and improve end-to-end finance processes (e.g., R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A), translating business requirements into clear process designs and functional specifications.
• Guide and mentor project teams to ensure quality and effective collaboration.
• Design and lead client workshops and manage stakeholders.
• Drive planning, governance, risk mitigation and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with EY service lines to bring holistic solutions to clients.
• Lead business development and proposal activities.
• Contribute to thought leadership and internal methodologies.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 6-9 years of relevant experience in consulting or finance transformation.
• Experience leading ERP/EPM or finance transformation workstreams.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and ensure high-quality client delivery.
• A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English/German; French a plus.
