Business Analyst - Financial Services
My Client is embarking on a large programme of IT enabled business change and is implementing a dedicated business analysis team to support its delivery. Working as part of a newly formed Business Analysis team, the candidate will be required to work on a number of change initiatives across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in Financial Services without requiring previous domain experience.
The following skills / experience is required: - Good Business Analyst background
- Previously worked in a regulated industry
- Experience of all phases of a change delivery lifecycle of a significantly sized project delivery.
- Experience of traditional waterfall delivery in a structured change environment
- An understanding of the Agile methodology (no hands on experience needed)
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels
