Role Overview:

This role sits within a multi-disciplinary design team, creating impactful internal campaigns that drive adoption of Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies. You will lead ideation and deliverables across video, motion, photography and graphic design, producing assets such as launch videos, posters, email banners and how-to content for predominantly FTSE 250 clients. Working closely with adoption and change consultants, you'll translate business requirements into engaging creative concepts that align with each client's brand and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within a multi-capability team to drive successful adoption of Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, including Microsoft Copilot.
  • Develop and design creative internal campaigns that support clients adopting Microsoft tools and modern ways of working.
  • Lead and participate in creative ideation workshops, translating client requirements and context into distinctive campaign concepts.
  • Design compelling visual assets (e.g., posters, top-tip cards, email banners) using Adobe Creative Suite, aligned to client branding.
  • Plan, film and direct small-scale video shoots and interviews on client sites, using in-house equipment.
  • Edit engaging launch and instructional "how-to" videos, including colour grading and audio refinement, to support campaign objectives.
  • Capture, light and shoot photography to support campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Contribute to internal marketing content and share best practices and knowledge with other designers and teams across the organisation.

About the Candidate:

  • A creatively driven designer with a strong, established portfolio demonstrating impactful campaigns across video, motion, photography and graphic design.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar in-house or agency role, confident operating in client-facing environments and building trusted relationships.
  • Skilled in facilitating customer engagement workshops, gathering requirements, managing feedback and clearly articulating design concepts and decisions.
  • Strong eye for composition, pacing, colour and visual storytelling, with meticulous attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Hands-on video production experience, including camera operation (mirrorless), lighting, audio capture, editing and colour grading.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to produce polished, campaign-ready assets.
  • Highly organised, an effective communicator and comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and an interest in modern workplace technologies, with a willingness to learn and upskill where needed.
