Twenty Group are partnered with a city based Asset Manager that are seeking a Fund Accountant to join their oversight team. This is a newly created hire to support business growth and you will be supporting their UK/Irish and some international funds
Experience:
- 3+ years working in a fund accounting environment, ideally in an oversight capacity or working for a service provider / administrator.
- Experience with daily priced mutual funds, open ended (OEICs), experience with ETFs an advantage but not essential
- Strong understanding of securities pricing and valuations
- Deep understanding of the NAV production process
- Maintain and build relationships with outsourced providers
- Knowledge of the fund distribution calculation and payment process
- Experience/understanding of Index tracking funds advantageous
- Experience in launching new funds/share classes, and closing funds/classes
