Our client specialises in raising capital for private market funds (GPs) from global institutional investors (LPs). They are an entrepreneurial and growing group and are keen to hire a Senior Analyst for their high-calibre and international team. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the project management function within the overall fundraising effort. This involves considerable verbal and written communication capabilities, strong analytical skills and the ability to manage senior industry professionals. It is a varied role within a stimulating environment that would suit an all-rounder who is both technically-minded, commercial and also a confident relationship builder.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare marketing materials and pitch books, answer investor queries and arrange road shows
  • Liaise with GP clients extensively for the execution of the project management function
  • Run data rooms and answer ad hoc due diligence requests

YOUR PROFILE:
  • Background in private equity fundraising or banking - M&A, leverage finance, DCM, ECM or equity research
  • Good technical ability - confident building and interpreting DCF models
  • Faultless written and verbal English skills
  • Strong communicator, able to confidently manage relationships with senior professionals internally and externally
  • Excellent academic track record
